PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIERS

PhilFast Travel & Tours is acting as an intermediary or as a “Booking Agent” for products and services on behalf of our suppliers: airlines, hotel accommodations, transportation companies, tour operators, restaurants, etc. Thus, the airline carriers, hotels, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or with a joint ventures with PhilFast Travel & Tours.

DOCUMENTATION

Our general practice is to send documents electronically. Hard copies of the said documents can be requested but will be subjected to delivery fees.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

There are instances that the suppliers may cancel or amend your bookings or some part of it. In these cases, we guarantee that you will be advised promptly of any changes.  As your booking agent, we will be the one to coordinate with the supplier regarding your options or possible alternatives. In this regard, we always ask our clients to provide their email addresses and emergency contact numbers for easier communication. 

MAKING CHANGES / CANCELLATION REQUESTS

It is within the terms and conditions of our supplier/s that once the booking has been finalized, any changes/cancellations will be subject to penalties. Please take note that there are products and/or services that are non-refundable. Thus, make sure to always read the restrictions of your bookings before you proceed to finalization.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND DESTINATIONS

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct. Our agents will always verify all the information in your booking before proceeding to finalization.  In case of discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid complications.
